Solder In100

Mid melting point temperature solder. Ideal for use in a step solder process. Also used for cryo applications due to indium's capability to remain ductile at cryogenic temperatures.

• Pure Indium (In)
• Melts at 157°C (314°F).
• Indium also makes a very good Thermal Interface Material (TIM).
• Also known as: Indalloy 4, In100, pure Indium wire.
• Use with an RMA or RA flux.
